Regarding tickets that you were unable to use due to the temporary closure of the Parks, please read the following carefully before entering the form.
It will take about two months to respond to your request.

Please be aware that after you have submitted this form, you will be unable to request refunds at the Park ticket booths.

Eligible Tickets
*The eligible period has been extended, so please read the following.
_Fixed-Date Tickets with admission date starting February 29, 2020 or expiration date through April 30, 2021
_Open Tickets with expiration date from February 29, 2020 to April 30, 2021
_Campus Day Passports with fixed admission period from January 6 through March 19, 2020.
_Corporate Program "Thanks Festival" Passports with fixed admission period from January 6 through March 19, 2020

Details on Ticket Handling
The price of the ticket(s) or the remaining value of the ticket(s) will be transferred to the financial account you specify.
For 2-Day, 3-Day, or 4-Day Passports, the remaining value of the unused days will be refunded.
Refund amount will be calculated in yen and the converted amount to your local currency will be remitted to your designated bank account.
Please note that the remittance amount is subject to change due to fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates.
The ticket(s) you have in your possession will be checked and processed to invalidate them.
